Your company needs to find safer drivers. I just observed one of your drivers fully cut off a tractor trailer. Tractor trailer had to move over to the shoulder to avoid contact. Bus had kids on. This happened May 24th at 3:22 on hwy #6 going southbound. At Paisley road in Guelph. Bus #5176 plate numberSH2 246

Booked as a shuttle for my wedding between the hotel and our wedding venue. The last trip was supposed to be my bride and the bridesmaids which I confirmed several times. They forgot to make this trip and my bride ended up having to drive herself yo her own wedding. When I contacted Cherrey they appeared to think that it was not a big deal and did not even offer any compensation even after explaining that their mistake forced us to keep 8 caterers for an extra hour. I had to push them hard to get any refund. They take very little responsibility for their work but if your group leaves their shuttles too empty they keep your deposit.

This is the most poorly ran business I have ever encountered. The washbay manager is the most awful woman you will meet. The office would run better if monkeys ran it, a monkey would care more than they do.
