I hate shopping in this store when there is an elderly lady with short grey/white hair who is ALWAYS grumpy. I have no idea why she is so moody! She should keep her problems at home. Not at work. Staff were extremely helpful and positive. They quickly got a change room for me and kept my hands free by taking the clothes back to the fitting room for me as I browsed. The lady working there checked up on me frequently to change sizes of items for me and even helped me pick out an outfit for my interview for the options I was struggling between. She was kind but also helpful with her honestly and her positive attitude made me feel good about how I looked. I had just wished there had been more colour options at the time.

My family comes here often over the year and have come for in store pickups, and personally i am quite fond of the store. Everyone we meet here is always friendly, offers great customer service. The store itself offers have great deals, discounts or promotions and great inventory to choose from

Cleo's was clean. People who came into the store were limited and they wore masks. The only thing is a lot of people forget to put the mask over there nose as well.
