Ambassador Bicycles

Drove over 300 km to pick a Trek Precaliber bike and left with two right sided training wheels. Phoned the store and I was told that that would have been impossible since they would have had extra pieces. No options given, just excuses.I just saw your reply. I phoned trek directly to explain this issue and they were more helpful. They will be sending a new set of training wheels. I am happy I will never have to buy another bike there.

Staff is incredibly helpful. Everyone I talked to spoke with certainty about whatever it was we were discussing. Almost everyone there seemed passionate about cycling so I felt more like a student than a customer.I was down on my luck with a flat tire after work one day on a bicycle I borrowed, some distance from home and they were kind enough to make some time for me. So after some browsing in the showroom, and a test ride, I came back two days later and placed an order for a new bike.I feel comfortable relying on Ambassador Bicycles for upcoming service, and look forward to picking up my new set of wheels!

As a fairly new rider, I caught myself in a situation where I had no idea what I was doing nor how to fix it. I called these guys and they said just come on in, we'll have to charge for labour but we can take care of ya. I go in, bring the tires in, hand them off and about 2 minutes later they come back good as new. Not only was it quick, professional and cheap, but he also showed me what I needed to do next time and actually educated me on the products. Most people nowadays just do enough for you to agree to pay then send you on your way. Not these guys!! Craziest part of all is they gave me a break on the pricing after all the extra time and effort from them. I'll DEFINITELY be back as I need a new seat in the near future and maybe new grips too. Can't recommend them enough!! :)

Bought a Trek Dual Sport 2 from here and can’t be more happier. My experience from start to finish was smooth. Greg was super helpful and answered all my questions. He educated me on several aspects of bikes, accessories and safety. The owner was nice and friendly. I’m happy with my purchase and highly recommend this store.

Came in looking for an e bike. They had several to choose from and did not hesitate to let us try them out on the street. We returned a week later to complete the sale. So far so good.

Bob is absolutely fantastic, very helpful and very knowledgeable! First time cyclist here and he bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with my purchase and helped with all my questions. Great selection of Trek and Giant bikes!
