The absolute best olive oils that you will find anywhere. The other products are good too, but the olive oils are my absolute favourite. It can be a bit overwhelming to see all the options but you can sample the oils, and the staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. This is the only place I buy olive oil anymore, and they make great gifts.

Amazing gem of a shop! The selection is fantastic and the shop was really well laid out. I found the staff was helpful but not suffocating and I was given time to explore at my own pace. If you're looking for a unique gift for the foodie in your life, look no further. I came for their selection of specialty salts and left with olive oil for Christmas gifts.

My first experience of Evoolution was at the Enjoy Center Location and this particular one at the Brewery District is ideally located with an amazing range of oils and vinegars as well as other gourmet grocery items..Jacek chocolate is also available and irresistable..friendly knowledgeable staff and happy to return again..

The EVOO in their name, stands for 'EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL' and they deliver on it. So many types to choose from and so many unique flavours. I bought 6 of their olive oils, haven't tasted them yet but the experience was so good I had to give them 5 stars.Will update when i have tasted them.

Picked up 8 bottles of olive oils and balsamic vinegars today. Misha helped me and her customer service is amazing! I tasted about a dozen and she was so friendly and made me feel right at home. She was also incredibly knowledgeable about the product! I’d love to go back!

We bought Evoolution oil and vinegar to use as our wedding favours in June 2017! It was great to use a local company and do something a little different! Conversing via email with the company was very easy - they suggested different flavours to get and gave us a breakdown of the pricing. We opted to buy more as we got more of a discout that way! The order was ready less than 2 days after I made the order. We got so much great feedback! My husband's Italian family especially loved it!! Thank you, Evoolution!

Clean, inviting store. Staff is super knowledgeable about their products and pairings. Everything is available for tasting, allowing you to mix and match flavors. There are suggestions and recipe cards to take home. A wide variety of sizes (50ml and up) for all their oils and vinegars, allowing you to keep within budget. Salts, spices and other local products are available. High quality products are reflected in the price. Great gift idea for the foodie in your life.
