Used to be great food. Lately they have been over cooking everything. Ordered a combo platter and asked for double sauce which they said would be extra which is not a problem. When the order arrived the sauce was not with it. Not a big deal but out of 5 orders and being charged for the I have only actually got it once. The combo platter was all over cooked. Chicken strip were rock hard baked potatoes had bacon that was black cheese sticks cheese was crunchy from cooking to long not even cheese anymore. The cheese dip was great though. When we called nicely to explain all they said was they would send out the extra sauce which would take another hour to deliver. Place has really fallen on my list of places to order from very disappointing

To my friend working there who also does not like coffee or bacon - your costumer service is amazing. I can't believe that there is another person on this planet that shares those traits. Great food and service and always! Will be back from Toronto this week for more amazing food.

Just went and ordered a slice of pizza with the young lady workimg the counter who was very courteous and professional. Unfortunately the owner/manager was not. Reprimanding her employee publicly infront of customers is NOT okay - esp when that employee provides very good service. I will not be returning if this is the atmosphere at this restaurant.

So awesome to arrive with my bike and heavy load there and see my friend Lil Jas for a pizza! Always loved the food there when I lived nearby during my journey!

Pizza wise these guys use to be amazing, back in 1995 . Everything has changed, definitely the most hyped/ worst pizza in the soo. Team perfecto pizza all the way now! Save your self the money and a trip and go anywhere else. Hey the service is great tho.

Always absolutely fantastic service and one of the best traditional Sault pizza's in town. If you are from out of town and want a taste of a traditional sault pizza, I recommend you get one from here.

All the hype..nah. the panzo was a glorified sub. No sauce inside, I have never seen a panzo done so bald. And the pizza was just edible. Nothing special at all..sorry Aurora's fans!

June 22, 2023Brianna took our order over the phone, I called initially at 10:50am to place a large order for our company (7 people). Brianna was impatient over the phone, didn't want to write our names on our orders. She gave me a total and hung up promptly.I called back shortly thereafter to complain about her service and asked what her name was and so she told me but also was very curt over the phone. I asked if she did write our names down and if she could repeat our order to verify she got it right. After she repeated it, I verified it was right. We advised her 3x that we would be there to pick it up for 11:45am, her response was it might be later than that
