I hired Pacific Glass and Mirror Inc to make and install mirrors for my home. I sought out 4 other Glass/Mirror companies within the GTA. Pacific Glass and Mirror Inc had the best value for pricing.I worked with Joyce to get an initial quote based on my amateur measurements and she was able to schedule an installer to come on site and take proper measurements as well as assess the area to ensure the mirror would be installed properly.My mirrors were INSTALLED within TWELVE CALENDAR DAYS from my first phone call to Pacific Glass and Mirror Inc. This is amongst, if not, the fastest time versus their competitors.The installers were VERY careful, clean, and respectable to my property. taking off their shoes, laying carpet for where they would work, etc. I felt the areas they worked was actually cleaner than before they had arrived. Horrible customer service, ordered a single piece of glass, it was cut right away but edges were unfinished and when I received the piece there was no cardboard or shrink wrap to protect it for transport. Lady was extremely dry, hence the poor customer service.
