We were lucky enough to stay here last year, great value and excellent breakfast. Susan was the perfect host, made us feel so welcome, interesting conversations that we left as friends not visitors.We look forward to returning this Spring, again, great place to stay.

Stayed 3 nights for an event at Mosport. Susan is an excellent host. Very sweet, kind and accommodating. The room was exactly as expected and spotless. Breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend and will gladly stay there again.

Stayed two nights for the car races at CTMP and had a wonderful stay. Susan was a gracious host and the accommodations were great. Would recommend this B & B very highly.

The firm handshake and warm greeting were only outdone by the great breakfasts that Susan prepared each morning. Susan is a very gracious host who went out of her way to ensure that my stay was perfect. I look forward to the next time I am in the area.

Susan's sanctuary is absolutely amazing!!This is the second year that we have stayed here and we plan on coming back next year!Food is very good, coffee is hot and the atmosphere is very homey!Best bed and breakfast I have ever visited!!Natalie James Aug 2013

Great breakfast, great house. Susan is a great host. We loved our time staying there. We stayed for a weekend while in town for Spartan Races. Was very convenient to get to the course and find restaurant.
