Excellent service! A big shoutout to Phil who serviced my G30 Segway today. I thought my red light was defected and he fixed it without having to replace it. Excellent service and will highly recommend!

Kirk did an excellent job explaining various products and was very informative, which made my purchase very easy! Cheers to this kind gentleman for his amazing service! 10/10 would recommend this store to anyone.

Used to be a very happy customer, but now not so much. Booked in my scooter for its first service ready and excited for summer. Service went great, the feedback received from the service department was “the scooter is in excellent condition”. Well apparently my horror only started. A month after the service I took my scooter back to them because it did not sound right. This second return my wheel bearings and throttle was replaced. It was great for a week. Then I started hearing a clicking noise. So I took it back for a third time. The explanation from service department was apparent faulty wheel bearings, but all of a sudden I am being told that my front wheel where the bearings fit is stretched and may need replacement if the clicking noise returns. My scooter was silent for a week. And as predicted, the clicking returned. My fourth visit to their service department to replace the front wheel, low and behold Im told now that my brake cable is totally stretched? What is happening?? Either your service department needs to learn the definition of service or we need to relook this entire situation. If there was another service provider available in Toronto you would not have seen me again, but guess Ill return when I bring it back for the fifth time next week, just waiting in anticipation what might break or be damaged or need replacement now. Will not recommend.

Went on the walking tour with (don’t remember name, sorry), but she was very nice and did a great job. I am not sure what I expected but I didn’t leave disappointed. Got to see some neat artefacts and learn thing about Toronto and the district that I would have though I would have known at some point. Would book another tour and probably will.

Impeccable customer service. If you are going to buy a Segway product, this is the only place you need to go. I ordered a helmet for my scooter but somehow the package was diverted to Dieppe New Brunswick. Feared lost and needing to have the helmet to scoot around I sent a chat message and also a call. They wanted to make it right and ordered a new one for me to send. That was complete trust in me because if that package came i'd have 2 helmets. As it tuned out the package came after 16 days and I called them up to let me know if they can send me a shipping label when the new one they were sending me came. But the pick up time was missed so they did not have to ship it and incur a cost. BUT they credited me the shipping I paid as they considered it snail mail. Not many businesses go above and beyond like this. Business fail to recognize what this type of service does. Not them. Not me.

Had problems with the motor of my ES1 and contacted Phil to schedule an appointment. It was very quick and easy. Ended up replacing the motor. The assessment and replacement only took an hour which I was pleasantly surprised. Overall, this location has very good customer service and Phil is a very nice guy and one hell of a technician. Highly recommend if you are having any problems.

Purchased the first brand new model Segway G2 max dual suspension. Very solid robust construction front hydraulic suspension/ rear adjustable dual coil suspension performed extremely effective, high torque motor wattage has tremendous kicked! Led turning signals end handle bar and electronic high frequency horn beep is cool gadget.Thanks, Jason & Staff

Just love the good vibes here!! Purchased a Segway Ninebot SPlus today and the service is definitely top notch. Everyone in the store was friendly and knowledgeable of their products (they even offered to share their fruits hehe :3) The sales person (sorry forgot to ask for your name ;u;) also helped assemble the product and made sure the tires are pumped to go~ Really wholesome experience and products :) Will definitely recommend!* Yes the cool duck is from them too :3

I took my Max G30 kickscooter in for flat tire. What a great experience!! I received outstanding customer service. Their Service Technician (Phil) is a Rock Star! I highly recommend!!

Just had a pretty rad experience with the staff at Segway of Ontario. I’ve had a torn ACL for the past cpl of months and am waiting for surgery sooooo having not been able to ride or run I put myself in the market for a scooter to get around & bypass a lot of traffic in Toronto. Did my research & was ready to go. Eric & Jason were phenomenal for not only the sales but the service as well.Eric was great and assembled everything for me in house and I wasn’t five minutes in the door when Jason called me and personally walked me through the setup on the app and answered any and all questions I had.The Ninebot F40 is ready to roll!!!Pretty stoked to be joining this community. I’ve gone green & two arthritic thumbs up for everyone at Segway of Ontario. Make sure to visit them and then head into the distillery district to grab some great food and drinks.Peace ✌️
