I have had escalating water issues over the past few years and these guys came highly recommended from a co - worker. I called, Dan came for a visit and he knew the solution to my problem right away. These guys definitely delivered on the service they promised! I am 100% confident this was what needed to happen in order to prevent further issues. Thanks for a job extremely well done!

My wife and I knew Dan and Jan from the lake, so when we found a water stain on a baseboard in the basement we knew who to call. Jan was awesome with our initial call. She explained to my wife what we were dealing with and how important it was to catch and deal with the problem early. Dan was in contact with us right away and arranged a meeting at the house to have a look. As a home owner, I got pretty panicky as what the problem might be, but Dan is excellent at explaining our different options and scenarios. With his suggestions we found the crack in the corner. He booked us in for repair in just a day or two. The crew did a fantastic job and the crack is repaired. The whole experience went incredibly smooth and extremely quick. Thank you Dan and Jan for your amazing customer service. I will highly recommend Wise Cracks.

Dan's team were professional and courteous. They spent the whole day digging up the basement and hauling it all by hand outside. The guys were a pleasure to have on-site. I've had seepage in my basement since I purchased the house. This past weekend we had a messed weather event and their work made it through Mother Nature's test!I highly recommend you give them an opportunity to fix your issues.

Nobody wants to discover a crack in the foundation while a realtor is showing your home, but Wise Cracks came in and fixed everything perfectly... and right before Christmas too! Very impressed with their service. Hope I never have to call them again, but if the need arises... they're my first call!

Had an issue with a sump pump, on a weekend. Put in a call and this business owner/staff was on site, after first giving kind help over phone, within minutes. My call was responded to in minutes initially and a tech professional was in immediately....he was incredibly helpful (both the owner and tech expert) and was in and out in less than a few minutes. Unbelievable. On top of this, my warranty had run out a few months before and Dan offered to extend, at his expense....and the service call was free. So: rapid call response and immediate service call response (during off hours), kind and considerate financial consideration (they did NOT have to offer free service or a free replacement sump, but they did regardless of the warranty expiry). Cannot say enough about this company, it's owner or his staff. We've worked with them for three years and they remember our names, our family, our past install and our home as well as we do....they care, and it is not put on, they care about families. Thank you Dan and Shane and Wisecracks. Highly - very highly - recommend that you do business with this company and these individuals.

First of all let me say I'm probably not the easiest customer to deal with, I'm old school. I expect good value for my money and I want work to be done on time and on quote.Twice now I have hired Wisecracks, Saint John. The first time they were actually not the even lowest quote, but I liked the way the co-owner (Jan) answered all my questions and I trusted their job manager (Shane). My instinct's paid off and the work was done efficiently and on time.My second experience was yesterday. This time my daughter's house had a major basement water problem and needed repair. When the work began there was a misunderstanding on the scope of the work to be completed and I expected there would be some arguing. No problem at all, Wisecracks took ownership of the misunderstanding and completed the work again on time and on quote.Folks let me tell you I wish all businesses in the customer service industry would take a lesson from these guys. They not only understand the work that's needs to be done but they also understand the value of customer service. Repeat customers and good referrals only come with hard work and good business practices. These guys are not Fly by Night and their attitude reflects that pride of service.I could not give any business a higher recommendation.
