Outstanding service. My laptop was in need of repair or replacement I was unsure what to do. Marco knew instantly what was wrong with my computer and provided multiple options for repair/upgrade. He delivered ahead of schedule and made all efforts to accommodate my computer needs. Very knowledgeable and straight forward. My 5 yr old laptop runs better now than it did new. Go see Marco. I will recommend him to anyone.

This repair spot is great! He Knows what he's doing and took care of things quickly, no hassle and was honest when my laptop wasnt worth fixing and the motherboard was fried. I'll be back for any repairs I need in the future. Cheers!

He was extremely friendly and personable. Never once tried to be condescending about his knowledge or take advantage of pricing like some other places. Even when he had to take a call while working on my laptop he was incredibly kind and you could tell he had a great rapport with another long time customer over the phone. I knew then my laptop was in excellent hands and I will be happy to see him again in the future. 10/10 Customer service.

My laptop crashed and was unable to restart. I had critical data that was recently uploaded and required access. Calgary PC Medic was able to recover the data and come up with an affordable solution to replace my laptop. I highly recommend this business for your computer solutions.

The guy working here was phenomenal. Personable, easy to talk to and was not just trying to make a buck off me while I was there. Accommodated me and fixed my 10 year olds laptop screen hinge on the spot. Forget the guys name so THANK YOU CALGARY PC MEDIC!!!

If I could give this man 0 stars I would. The unprofessionalism and pompous attitude. He sent me away in tears after simply asking how much a replacement part would cost. When a person owns a business they're entitled to treat customers however they chose. Treat people like garbage, expect a bad review.

The only PC shop i’ll ever visit. Marco is a spectacular serviceman. He resurrected my pricey PC from beyond the grave, and left it running better, cleaner and faster than ever before! He took the time to walk me through his process and teach me better ways to care for my computer.
