This is the second time we've needed products for my elderly grandparents and the second time they've let us down. The first time we had paperwork from a physiotherapist to receive a free walker for my grandfather and after waiting weeks for it to come in they insisted we pay for it even though they had reviewed the paperwork upon ordering. After waiting weeks we needed it fast so that's how it played out.This week we ordered a lift chair for my other grandfather who is rapidly losing mobility. We've had it for 8 days, he's tried it twice. Just spoke with John there's nothing they can do". They know the elderly market they're serving and I feel like they're taking advantage."

I had shopped there about 15 years ago. I got a shower bench and grab bars. The prices were good, owners were friendly and helpful. They had a wide variety of products, so you should find what you need. This time around I just called for some pricing and availability.

I had an outstanding experience with this company in procuring a wheelchair for my elderly mother. I dealt with Anette and she was absolutely wonderful. I would do business with her again in a heartbeat.

Shopped last October for a walker and shower chair after my husband's knee surgery. Service was excellent and staff well informed of the products.Today we were there to upgrade my mom's walker. She is 91 years old and needed to add wheels to her walker. Asked all my questions on the phone, got replies and costs on the phone. When we were there the wheels and skis were attached to her walker by the staff member who knew what he was doing.Staff very efficient and polite. Always a delight to shop here.
