Best hat store I have been to in a long time! Their prices are fair for the wonderful quality that you get. I would highly recommend this store. The sales man there is very friendly and professional! Can’t wait to wear my new hat! They also sale cardboard hat boxes which are great for traveling!

The two milliners at this store are so talented. They bring in some awesome styles that are handmade in Italy and they also do custom work in house. Brides and fashion enthusiasts alike need to go here and check out their work. Or even if you need an old hat cleaned, they will take good care of your piece.

I was looking for a fedora to compliment an outfit and was really excited to purchase from this store. Until I saw the revolting mockery of my culture proudly on display in your images. Absolutely #revolting, #inappropriate, low brow, embarassing, #classless, and quite honestly #tasteless.What a pathetic PR attempt at being controversial trying to appear relevant.Sad, sad, sad... #smh

My mom and I came into this store and met the owner, Adi, last week. We were very impressed with the customer service.Adi is very polite, friendly, and professional. You can feel he is very passionate about his craft, and that is infectious and refreshing! The store is a fantastic size and beautifully laid out as well!My mom was so excited to wear and show off her fascinator hat at my wedding last weekend. Such a memorable experience, thank you Adi!

Cappelleria Italiana a Vancouver! Great Italian quality hats! And very friendly staff. I never find hats my size, they were able to point me to a section where I found my now new favorite hat, and it was even on sale!

I am really impressed that they can create the hat that I was looking for and was able to customize it for me.From the very first time I asked for the hat that I wanted, I was informed that they can make it , without any hesitations. Indeed, they were able to make a piece of elegance for me. It is really beautiful!The owner, Adi, is really nice and gave me more than excellent customer service experience.Thank you!
