It’s actually Collins mom Melanie. I spent the last 20 years consistently unhappy with eastlink and a $130.00 monthly bill. My son and I went into device doctors yesterday. (Referred by Bobby vail) In and out in less than 15 minutes and with a $30.00 monthly bill.This is the spot to go. I should have went this route years ago.

I'm not one to write reviews ever but I am so upset that my phone they fixed the screen on is now garbage only a few months later. I was told my phone would be fixed in 2 days. I kept getting excuses as to why they didn't have it fixed, I was promised that it'd only be another day or 2 several times, I'd go to hopefully pick it up to find their doors closed during business hours. It took over 2 weeks to finally get my phone back!! Not long after, my phone stopped being able to connect to the cellular network. So now the phone is garbage, after only having it for 6 months and then spending ~$500 to fix the screen on it. Steer clear, there are other places to get your phone fixed that are alot more professional, won't lie to you or brick your phone. I will also note I was very kind and not at all rude to the staff.

I gave joystick for repair and the owner Said will be ready the next day. Waited for more than a week still not repaired. Always lied will be ready the very next day. My worst ever experience as a customer

Not one to make reviews but very aggravated. Took my laptop in Feb 7 for a new screen. Was told I could come back in a week. Well 2.5 months later, laptop still wasn’t fixed. Every couple weeks they’d tell us they found a new issue, motherboard needs to be replaced, dimmer doesn’t work, fuses need to be replaced etc. eventually, they weren’t even answering messages and I felt like I was chasing them. Got it back, took it to Combat Computers who said Device Docs had been trying to use an off market brand screen which is why it was incompatible with the computer and never worked. Not a damn thing wrong with the rest of the computer at all. They replaced my screen with a proper apple screen and it took 3 days. Works perfectly. Thank God I rescued it before they ripped it apart. Could have saved myself 2 and half months with a computer!!!!

Dropped off my phone at5:30pm on Tuesday before Fiona. Seems the mic is dead. Owner said parts in tomorrow at 10:30 and two hours to repair. Great. Told him I would pickup between 3 and 3:30. Was there at 3:10pm, place locked up. Thought maybe he stepped out for quick coffee so waited 25 mins. Didn't show. Two other people came by while I was there to find it closed. Dropped in Thur at 3:45pm, place was locked up. Called Fri and he was open. Went to get my phone. Stupid me, never tested it before I paid and left. Tested at home 20 minutes later and same problem. He never fixed it at all. Had to wait till after Fiona. Called Fri and he answered. Went to shop and told him he did not fix phone and I would like my money back. He reluctantly have me my money back. After two weeks, not counting Fiona and a tank of gas I have to take my phone elsewhere. Would never use this fly by night again or recommend anyone Ely to go there either. Don't know how he stays in business. Terrible service.at2minutes later

Told me my XR had a board issue without even opening the phone. (So I was told by the person who fixed it) Offered me 50$. took it to someone else and replaced the screen and it worked again. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend them. They have some great employees in there I’m sure but the owner isn’t very trustworthy. Went to get the phone cause they wouldn’t pick up the phone and went to the store a couple times with no luck, closed and doors locked during the business week at hours they were suppose to be open.so In the end They Would have fixed the phone they offered me 50$ for and had it for sale for 500$ the next day.

Called about a screen being cracked (some..not a lot as I did have a case & a screen prorector on it) and honestly could not believe the price it was to fix it. I've not been into the store they're currently in and am certainly not in any way mad or have anything bad at whomever I spoke to however..their pricing was 31% higher than the next place I called. That's just my story!

The Device Doctors team is incredible; went in with a laptop issue and expected a few days before repair could be made, but within two hours they called with update that it was fixed and ready for pick up. My colleague recommended them for service, and I’ll now recommend them too!

Great service. Highly recommend. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Replaced iPhone screen in 1 hour.
