They are the worst hair dressers in all of Gatineau. You ask blonde they give you black. You ask for a bleach they make your hair purple and orange. Worst service ever. Do NOT go here if you like your hair

My husband offered me a $140 gift certificate at Christopher Robert for my birthday. I scheduled a pedicure and manicure and took a day off work to attend. My first appointment was for 10am. So I presented myself 10 min ahead to be on time. Waited 55 min outside before I was taken to the pedicure room. During the pedicure my toes started to bleed and were hurting. I told the the technician but she told me it was normal when the skin is dry. My second apt was at 1 pm for the manicure but did not get in before 1:30pm before the technician had not came back from lunch. The next day, my 2 big toes got infected and I couldn’t walk x 2-3 days with shoes. I took pictures in case this would get more serious. I had to apply an topical antibiotic to help with the infection and pain. Also, after 3 days, 4 of the new set of acrylic nails fell off. That was a rather disappointing and traumatizing event. My husband works hard for his money and he was heart broken to see me sadden by this SPA visit. Never again.

They all smell like cigarette and they don't respect the customers appointements. You miss 30 seconds. They take on another one.

I have always had the worst luck with salons but my hair dresser MAÏTÉ was so good i cant even express how happy i am with the end results. She double checks everything and takes the time to sit down and talk about what u want and gives great suggestions according to ur hair type and face shape 100% satisfied. I will be comming back to her

Spent over 200$ and I absolutely hate my hair!!! I'm not one to be rude or confrontational but I've never been more disappointed! I had my baby shower the next day and people kept asking me when I was getting my hair done and I kept telling people it was done and was told I should go back and get my money back because the cut looks butchered and my colour sucks. I went in with visible roots and came out with the roots still being lighter then the rest of my hair, I didn't want layers and I got layers everywhere. I will be going to the store once they are opened to see if I can get a refund.

I wouldn’t recommend that place. My hair turned orange the day after I called the salon to get another appointment to fix the colour the receptionist said the stylist will call you back and she never did.

Avoid at all cost. Dishonest and incompetent staff. You pay for electrolysis session and the ''esthetician'' uses a tweezer to remove hair instead of doing a good job, so you have to come back and pay for more sessions.
