Went to try the new chicken big mac. Got the new chicken big mac box, but a regular big mac inside… this location cannot get orders right if their lives depended on it! What a let down! Not to mention the chicken big mac I paid for costs more!

The service here is horrible - always a super long wait time for the food. The staff often make mistakes with your order or forget part of it/ forget to put straws or napkins in the bag. Quite busy at any point of the day as with any other Mcdonald’s and the atmosphere is quite bustling - not a lot of relaxing secluded places to sit.

Last two times I've gone I have either waited an immense amount of time for nothing, or not gotten what I ordered. Once I was forced to wait in the drive through for over half an hour, only ordering an iced coffee for them to tell me they're out of iced coffee despite taking my order and allowing cars to pile up behind me and in front of me in the drive through.Today I went again, ordered the same iced coffee. No liquid sugar at all, and I paid for extra. Won't be returning here or Kingston & Lawrence. Absolutely incompetent staff.

I ordered a cheeseburger. I always ask for it fresh. So that was yummy but I also ordered 10 nuggets because I didn't want to cook. The nuggets were like mixed some fresh some stale and gross never again

I recently visited this McDonald’s which I often do Friday evenings with my kids so they can have some fun at the end of the week. Yesterday I was served by a boy named Elijah, being a former employee at a McDonalds I know just how hard it is to deal with hungry customers all day this boy by far went over and beyond for my kids and I doing it all with a great big smile! Not only was he dressed clean and professional he was extremely kind. I hope this review reaches him he deserves to know just how great he is. This was by far the greatest experience I’ve had at a fast food restaurant! Thank you so much Elijah for being patient and kind we need more people like you in this world.

This was probably the first time in 10 years that I actually went in to eat.. food was definitely hot and fresh. However, where this restaurant lacks is in the speed of service.You go to McDonald's usually for 2 reasons, your kids are addicted to it, and it's FAST food.. in recent year, I don't think I can recall at least 1 time where I was able to get the food while in the drive thru. Every single time, I am forced to go park and wait.. I can recall once I actually waited for over half hour for food. Literally had to get out and ask the person at the window what was going on. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Drive through a nightmare. Was asked to park and wait. No one came with food. It was after 11 pm so I had to walk up to drive through window to ask what was happening with the order I already paid for. Was given a bag of stuff and when I opened it was missing items. Will never again visit this mcDonalds. Brutal

Do not go here. Worse location. Cashier said she couldn't find my mobile order and made me order and pay again. Then of course i was charged twice. Took 10 minutes to get to drive thru and then the useless cashier was rushing me when i was asking her to verify as i always order on the app. I will never go here again. I better get my money back or i will be calling my credit card company and bbb. You are ruining your company reputation . and the manager is a loser who stated at me instead of helping her obvious dumb drive thru cashier. Ruined my meal and day. And the food was cold.
