That company delivers amazing services, the technician came the same day I called him. We had a huge leak, water popped out from basement toilet, it was a big blocage in the sewer. He used his camera for a drain inspection to locate the blocage then he cleared the pipe with his drain unblocker machine. The most amazing is that after all of this, he cleaned and fixed and sealed the toilet which was initially not well installed by the plumber we use before. Essential Heating and Plumbing Ltd is definitely now our plumber in Vancouver and Burnaby.

The Essential crew replaced our old hot water tank system and they configured the new system to be simpler and more efficient, and also had to move the hot water tank location due to some structural work we were doing at the time. They managed the whole job expertly, coordinating directly with the seismic retrofit team so I didn't have to micromanage. The new system is great and they have been very responsive whenever we reach out. My wife loves dealing with them. As homeowners of over fifteen years, we highly recommend Essential Heating & Plumbing!

Excellent experience all around. Reasonably priced, very friendly and knowledgeable. We are really happy with our sink repair, which not only resolved our problem, but it is now flowing better then it ever did before. We will definitely be using Essential Plumbing in the future. Highly recommended.

The response to my phone call was fast and efficient. Saeed and Moe came out the same day and early in their time window. They were super polite and professional quickly diagnosing the issue with our furnace as well as giving cleaning tips and future self repair tips. Would recommend to anyone in the Lower Mainland area for fast and great service.

Moe dealt with a blocked drain at our rental house just now. He was very nice, careful of the floors, thorough & fair in evaluating the problem - which became more complicated than we had originally thought. Left a detailed invoice to present to the landlord for reimbursement. Problem fixed, nasty odour gone. Fabulous work - Thank Youuu!!!

I had inquired online about Essential Heating & Plumbing with regards to repairing a toilet in my residence. I was contacted within half an hour by Moe, who was friendly and extremely helpful. The team was able to send someone out promptly, on the same day I had contacted them which was very helpful. Saeed arrived on time as promised.I have nothing but good things to say about their team. Extremely friendly and very courteous. They did a great job and went out of their way to make sure that everything was working properly. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use this service again if I need plumbing repairs.
