I went there yesterday and it was the best experience. The restaurant was very neat and clean and the staff was very gentle and kind . I was served at my table. Hamburger was dressed and loaded properly. Taste was excellent as the fries came out from the fresh oil without any holds. Must visit this location. Manager was really nice and hardworking.

Ordered from skip. Driver great. Received only 2 of the 4 burgers I had ordered. Skip should be refunding the money. However when I contacted the restaurant, all I got was a sorry I just got here. I ga e them 2 bags, how many did you receive? I'll give you 2 more on your next visit.. then the person I was talking to never said anything when I asked why would I come back. Then he had disconnected the call. What kind of customer service is this? ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION!!!

They are so slowwwww . they should hire extra employee for Deliveries/takeouts or put a more attention on take outs and deliveries as well sometime we place an order according to our breaks and get orders after finishing our break time that's not drivers fault they are also frustrated from their services as they are waiting more than half an hour . totally disappointed

Not impressed at all. Had to confirm my order with a male employee FOUR TIMES before he understood what I wanted…..and still managed to screw it up. Parking lot and drive through is awful! I have driven on country roads with huge potholes and those roads are smoother than their entire parking lot!!Not impressed at all.

Since they opened this location, we use the drive-in, take-out or eat-in. I give them 4 start not for the food or ambiance but more for the time waiting for your order... I understand they might be short on staff, but they have been open over a year. You shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes at the register when there is no customer in the restaurant to make your order.

This is what I discovered a few months ago after ordering take out from the Owen Sound location.I got my money back and an apology. The bag of buns was apparently found to be ok even after I raised my concern regarding cross contamination.The manager asked if I wanted a new sandwich and the regional manager offered me two free meals which I obviously diclined.If I could give less than 1 star I would because I had nothing but cold food, wrong orders or missing orders from this location and now this.

Stopped in tonight to pick up dinner. Starts taking order then interrupts. Wait please. 3-4 minutes goes by. Then I get told second window. Hi I'm not done. Order the second item. Get asked anything else? Yeah order the third item get told second window. Pull ahead and pay. Told to park out front. Waiting for something being made fresh. That's a laugh. Stuff I ordered wasn't what we got. Nothing fresh made that's for sure. Everything was gross. Staff were impatient & rude. Food was lousy. Won't go there again.

Very impressed with Burger King in Owen Sound. Service is excellent. An error was made on our order and the staff corrected the issue and sincerely apologized. Was very impressed by this! Food portions were also good. Food was fresh. Restaurant was clean.

Went thru drive thru. Nothing ready so had to pull into parking lot. Waited 20 minutes for 3 chicken sandwiches! Noticed st least 3 other cars waiting for their meals . Mine has nothing in it — just chicken on a bun. If i didn’t think it would take another 20 minutes to get a proper chicken sandwich i would have gone in to complain. I’m just never coming back to this location.
