I have never had such a good experience with doctors in my entire life, everyone was so kind and gentle. They let me ask as many questions as possible, they were ALL so comforting to be around. i was unable to catch the assistant Managers name but she was outrageously sweet and understanding and made sure i was feeling ok throughout my whole appointment. I recommend going here for any and all women’s health care. I couldn’t be more grateful for the women who helped me yesterday. ❤️

They are so nice and comforting, and always give me the best care. However, they suck at picking up the phone. It takes me two days to schedule an appointment, and I usually have to call about five times in one day by the time they answer the call.

Normally I love this place. This time my visit was incredibly disappointing. I waited 30 minutes & had to cancel the appointment because I didn’t have the time to stay for another 30. I was told that the appointments were normally expected to take 45 minutes as I was rescheduling which no one has ever told me before. Apparently I was to have a 15 minute appointment & 30 minutes of waiting. I’m not sure why this was the case this time because it hasn’t ever been like that before. However, it was a pretty critical appointment for me & putting it off a week is going to be problematic to say the least.

This clinic is great. I recently had a vasectomy done. I was looking into this with a different, locally well known health care company. It would have taken 6 month to go through the process. I called Planed parenthood and had a consultation and procedure appoint for the same day within two weeks. Aside from the the expected current discomfort. I am confident with choosing planed parenthood.I've never written a google review before. I do so for other men out there looking into this service. It's not typically a service that gets personal reviews.

My experience at the PPNNE Burlington Health Center was FANTASTIC! Every employee was kind and helpful, and the medical providers who administered my treatment made me feel completely safe, comfortable, and validated. I cannot imagine having a better experience in receiving medical treatment, and I am incredibly grateful for the good work of everyone at the Burlington Health Center.

Every time I go to Planned Parenthood, I feel so grateful that this service exists!! They offer all sorts of different health care options including mental health counseling. The people have been so kind and understanding to me and I would recommend anyone go here!
