Very polite, professional, clean and quick. The two techs that came and installed our windows were super friendly and answered all my questions. They worked quickly without sacrificing quality. We have to complete a few touch ups from paint and plaster chipping from the window removal process, which is to be expected. We will absolutely be using VDK Group for our future renovations/upgrades next year!

My installation was done well and 2 days early as the installers had a cancelation.The doors and windows look great.Small issue with a loose piece of trim scratching the new paint but I'm certain the problem will be rectified.

We’ve had excellent experiences with VDK from our first meeting in the showroom, installation, to using their products. We’ve gotten doors, overhead doors, and windows from them a couples times and will do it again. They are professional and organized, everything showed up at our place in a timely manner. The installers are friendly and very knowledgeable in their job.

Although it took a few visits to complete the installation we are very pleased with the finished product. The door is of solid construction and feels and looks great. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.Ben their senior installer is all about customer satisfaction ensuring the final product is as you expected.We have no problems recommending VDK Group and bonus is they are local.

The garage door we received from VDK is beyond our expectations. The colour of the faux wood door is perfect. We really love the decision we made to go with the custom faux wood look frame that VDK made. I am extremely impressed with the installation and how they removed the old door and cleaned up when they were done. Highly recommend.

We had Nick and Justin here to do our doors and what a fantastic job. They were both amazing in their work, they cleaned as they went and best of all they were both amazing putting up with our pups who thought they were helping! They were very thorough in their work and even gave us a great recommendation for a door bell! Thank you for all your hard work and know its very appreciated!!! Good job guys!
