Both the receptionist and Audiologist Jillian were friendly and welcoming. The hearing assessment was very thorough and informative. Jillian was also very patient and ensured that my mom and I understood everything that was said and done during the appointment. Amazing service all around!

After struggling with hearing loss for several years, I finally made the decision to get hearing aids. I decided to make an appointment with Jillian at NewLife Hearing Health Centre, she went through the fitting process with me so that I was able to receive my custom devices quickly after my first appointment. She was helpful in describing what I could expect during the transition period and was thoughtful throughout the process in her communication and her support.All the Staff and Doctors are excellent and some are funnier than others LOL. Their experience and knowledge are superb, I highly recommend this Centre.

I was referred to newlife hearing by my family doctor and was a bit nervous about it. But upon entering the door I was greeted by a very pleasant and friendly receptionist and the audiologist was no deferent . The audiologist was very professional and informative. I had a great understanding of my earring problem and why before and left feeling comfortable with the possibilities. Overall a wonderful experience.
