Robb and his team started working with me on my taxes and my planning... He takes alot of time to explain things in an understandable and clear fashion. Would definitely recommend his services!

This was our first time using Rob to do my wife & I tax returns. Did not meet Rob and although Michelle was very pleasant we are not impressed with the service for the price paid.

I came to Robb and his team very frustrated with my other accountant who would ignore me on and off for two years dragging out unnecessarily my US tax returns. Robb was able to solve the issue within four months after me arguing with CRA and the other useless accountant for years and was available as needed. He was always timely and reassuring. He was up front about fees and time frames for correspondence which helped me relax having dealt with the other useless guy for so long.I would highly recommend him and have continued to use him for following tax years due to the ease of his accounting process.

Extremely disappointed with this company! Needed my U.S. taxes done and Robb dragged them out as I had to leave work to pick them up to get them postmarked on last day due. With that in mind, I thought I would be proactive for the next year of taxes, but ran into same problem, delay. Also my Fbars were never done at the same time. When confronted, office would get very agitated. As a matter of fact, anytime I would ask a question, office staff wouldn't know answers and then would have to wait and talk to Robb then get back to me. Not even knowledge of deadlines or due dates of U.S. tax returns. Again, Fbars were not completed on time . Also when confronted with possible mistakes, Robb got very defensive with me and instead of trying to fix the problem left me high and dry and told me to go finish them elsewhere!! He would not take any of my calls or answer my emails. Not to mention we were now past the due date of filing Fbars and P.S. he does not convert the money to U.S. dollars. Guess I was supposed to do that because I am an accountant too! He should of been professional about the whole situation, correct his mistakes or give an explanation to your customer, that would have been the proper thing to do, not drop someone in the middle of something so important as tax returns. Also, yes I paid him and he refused to refund my money as I had to have someone else fix them. Not even worth 1 star !

Mr. Lovell and his staff are very professional, and thorough. He provides sound financial advice for your personal situation. He always gets the job done. I would highly recommend him to do anyone's taxes and be their financial advisor.
