This store is absolutely disgusting!!! We have been going there for 8 years and we have never seen a 7-11 that is so dirty. I was scared to touch the front counter it was so dirty, coffee spilt on the floor the workers could care less and slurpee area and counters were disgusting as well. What happened new manager? Go to circle k much cleaner and cheaper drinks .

I honestly love the staff at this location. All of them no matter the time of day are so polite! Stopped in to grab something to eat this morning to find out you guys make breakfast and it was really good found my sausage and egger better than Tim’s! Keep up the great work guys!

I was just in there about an hour ago to get drinks and cigarettes. When it was my turn at the till I stated what type of smokes I wanted (Next, original, king size). The gentleman with the black turban then proceeds to tell me they don't have them in king size. I then ask him what else do you have in king size, he proceeds to ignore me and still rings everything through. If it wasn't for the lineup for me behind me I would have told him no and made him dig out the size of smokes I wanted. It seems to me that over the past year the customer service at this location has gotten progressively worse where the employees feel they don't need to listen to what the customers asking for or they don't understand what's being asked. There have been countless times where I have walked in and there wasn't a single employee in sight. One time I think I was in the store for good 10 minutes before an employee merged from the back room.

Excellent service, cooperative staff, Best environment, delicious food and drinks, very best offer on lottery tickets just for helping community to grow up, I wish this business all very best serve community

Absolute brutal service here today. Bought 150 dollars in fuel and came in for some reign energy drinks. Sign clearly states 3 for 7. Counter says no. 5 mins of fiddling around. Then takes the manager to the back. Who proceeds to do the same. Then I go back and take a photo of the picture saying 3 for 7. They don’t believe me. Then the manager goes into the back. After standing there for several minutes I gave up and left. This also happened to me at the further north 7/11. This appears to be how they do business. So I will no longer be going to any of them.

Horribly managed, staff extremely....extremely....slow. they will do tasks slowly before serving you. There's always one person to do everything (food AND serve at cash) or, if there is two employees working one is in their phone or doing something to not help the huge line up. I've been going way to long and switching stores.

Staff are great but the stores a filthy dilapidated dump. The baked goods are always out of stock. Just go to circle k down the road. Better prices and way nicer location.

I m skip the dishes driver, today i went to this store to pickup the order at 7.45 am 11 November but something strange happen with me. After entering in store i told to the employee to give me the order but he was continue doing cleaning of the food case and i told him I don’t have time to wait, then he said I don’t want to give you order then i leave the store and send a note to the skipthedish. I wanna say that how they treat the skip driver. And waiting for order while the order is ready to go. Please take action and speak with employee who working in morning time or night shift
