Real Fruit Bubble Tea
Terrible customer service. They didn’t make eye contact with the customers once and barely said a word. A DoorDasher came to pick up an order, and though he tried many times to get the employees’ attention, he was ignored.

we went try to order they didnt listen to us at all waiting there for long time and they we order a medium fresh juice they give us small . we told them to change it then she used the carrots without washing or cleaning and made the juice and they where soo rude 2 girls both are rude monday 5 pm 3 july 2023

Real Fruit Bubble Tea
This is one of my favorite places for bubbletea and smoothies. I always get coconut milk tea from them. A lot of places I have tried do not make it as good. Most places I have tried either made it taste grainy or they did not make it with a good amount of milk so it was still black. They also make great slush. One of my favorite is the mango diamond slush. I love that you can get free mango chunks. Sometimes it is sour but you can't really control that. I do wish the prices were a bit cheaper but I do love that the prices for their large is what would be regular at other places so you do get more for your money. The other Hamilton location is good as well, but I would say this location is better as the other location did make my coconut milk tea black one time. I haven't had any issues with this location.

Great service and good location (very close from entrance). One of the girl(I forgot her name) is very friendly and hard working. I love mango diamond slush and most of time I ordered from the app which comes very handy during my short lunch time.

Real Fruit Bubble Tea
Would have give zero start if I could. Ordered 3-4 times from Ubereats. Everytime when i said less ice they never listen. My last order on june 21/2023 got silver packing wraps from my juice. Tried calling them but wast after 7 you can’t connect with customer care. Posted complain in Ubereats. Give proper training to your staff.

I would have given zero stars for the service. There were two girls working but none of them wanted to take the order. So, we had to wait 10-15 minutes at the counter. We were still patient as they could be busy. We finally placed the order and then got the size wrong for one of the drink. When we told the girl, there was no apology. She grabbed the drink, got the bag of carrots from the back. Started using them without washing or peeling off. I wonder how nobody checks on them. It’s a biggest no in food industry. QUALITY and customers service is all that matters to run a chain like this.

quite small & can get really crowded.where you pay vs. where you pick up should switch considering it gets really clustered because people don't know where to stand.once you order you'll get your receipt with your number then stand over closes to the back to pick up. one thing to note is that it's getting expensive, a small drink is pretty much the same price as a venti at starbucks..

If I could rate the place zero I would, the lady served without any noise and got the ice crush apple small and no tapioca. I would like a refund but I threw away the juice cause it was tasting nothing like apple, it tasted awful and I usually order this as normal. Wish I can somehow get a refund. Such a terrible service, she was just staring at me with most dead eyes, it felt like why did she come here?"Bad bad bad service. Feels like she's treating everyone like that. I can't come to conclusion how someone can treat a customer like that
