I hit a rut during covid and my workouts really took a hit. I tried getting back into it but just could not be bothered. I found Fusion Kinetics on Google and decided to reach out. I was scheduled for a consultation within a few days. The moment I met Sofi & Obi, I knew it was going to be a great fit. They’re such easy going people and have the best energy. Its clear they have a passion for helping clients hit their goals. As someone who’s tried the majority of gyms in the downtown core, I’ve seen the most progress at FK. Nutrition was my weakest point but they really help you look at all aspects of your life and work with you to set realistic goals. Aside from the workout, no matter what mood I’m in when I enter the doors, my day always turns around when I leave and just that aspect alone is why I hope to continue to workout here for many years to come!

I was searching for some personal trainers while I was working in Liberty Village and decided to give Fusion Kinetics a go. This place is a lot of fun - Obi and Sofi are awesome trainers! Both are very knowledgeable and are driving some amazing results for me. Check out their meal plan too. The food is nutritious but also tastes great!

I’ve been training with Obi and Sofi for almost a year now and can definitely attest to how motivating, professional and welcoming they are. Training with Sofi and Obi has been a blessing! They truly take the time to plan workout sessions catering specifically to my body. I have some back issues and they have centered my workouts towards my personal goals whilst taking care of my back and making it stronger as well. The energy that they have is extremely motivating and training with them is always a good time, it’s addictive! I have had the chance to do both the group training sessions and the individual sessions with Sofi and Obi and both worked great for me! They also offer meal plans and I MUST emphasize that Sofi cooks the BEST meals and all her dishes are heavenly!! Her meals have the right amount of love for her career and clients in them!
