BSK building maintenance company did an excellent job of both power washing and installation of bird spikes to prevent birds messing up the enclosed waste bin area of the shopping complex. BSK promptly inspected the site, provided relatively affordable quote and professionally installed high quality spikes. I recommend them for any kind of maintenance and cleaning jobs.
