Queensdale Animal Hospital

I called them and spoke to some rude person Laura who said I transferred my dog to some clinic in Mississauga. I told her I haven’t transferred her anywhere and she was always with this clinic. Even for my dogs emergency operation I called the doctors in Queensdale and it only continued with the other clinic after they declined to do it which was fair. Today they could not give me any proof of change and kept repeating the same words and then hung up to my face. And didn’t answer when I called back. This is what happens when Indian people run a business. They act like they are in India. As an Indian I recognize this attitude. Never going here and spreading the word around …Edit- just spoke to mill creek vet in Mississauga where they say my dog was transferred apparently… they said they have no record of my dog there and there was one appointment made few months ago for her for a check up which didn’t happen because my dog went into an emergency… so my dog has no clinic now … thanks to the rude people at Queensdale

Staff were welcoming and friendly. The Vet was very helpful for my boy and has since then healed. Thank you team ❤️

They charged me 72 dollars to book my first appointment, which was fine by me because I was told it would go towards the care my cat would receive at said appointment. I ended up missing the appointment and asked to reschedule. I was told they wouldn't rebook me at all and that the 72 dollars was a non-refundable deposit, which won't be given back if an appointment is missed. I told them that wasn’t explained to me at all initially (which is wasn't, nor was it recorded anywhere or emailed) and was told they didn’t believe me and their staff are too trained" to not make this rule apparent. Seriously?! The woman on the phone wouldn't let me explain or talk at all. I just wanted to get my cat checked and I’m a student who can’t afford to lose 72 dollars. I've never been to an animal hospital that does this - I just randomly lost money to healthcare that my cat didn't even receive?!"

Really bad management and very bad clinic. Keep your pets away from here. The prices may be good and the doctor is ok … you can tell he doesn’t really like pets and just does this to have a job. The wife loiters around and acts tough. The staff is utterly rude …

The prices here are good but some of the vet’s here are rudeWe brought our dog in for a heartwarming check and they wouldn’t let neither of us go in with our dog when it’s never been an issue before not to mention that every other pet owner that was there at the time was able to go in with their pet and comfort them as they got their shot or whatever was going on. It was very upsetting to experience this as the vet tech assistant that we’ve never dealt with before sort of gave us a huff and puff that we’d even ask such a thing to be in the room with our dog and then rudely said “he’s fine” well, he indeed was not fine until they finally let my partner go back there and reassured our dog.

My little girl Hope was sick & they fit us in right away. They always take such good care of us. Friendly, helpful staff & the doc is very caring. To top it all off, great prices. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks for all your help whenever we need it.

The reception was really rude. More concerned about catching rabies than my dogs open wound. Continue to argue with me although I told her I was scared and panicky for the fact that my dog was bleeding. She couldn’t do anything anyways because the doctor wasn’t in? The whole interaction just left a really sour taste in my mouth and I don’t feel they have the best interest for the animals nor the clients. About 10 minutes after I confirmed my appointment, I then cancelled it with the lady not making any eye contact, whatsoever and then went to Beatties animal Hospital to spend $450 on needed vet care. (Shots update, antibiotic’s, clean n cut, etc)Quite sad this has been our place for 3 years.

Need a better waiting area system. Everytime we arrive we get sternly told to wait outside as another untrained or unfriendly dog is in there. Really don't feel welcome. I've been to many vets in my life (I'm from UK) and this is not how they usually are so I don't know if this is just this particular vets or all vets in Canada.

Queensdale Animal Hospital saved me over $700 on spaying my small dog. The doctor vet is the nicest man who remembers his patients for years (from personal experience). Love this place! ❤️ 10/10 price,care,service

This has been my vet for 5 years. The vet and staff are amazing and so accommodating. Great prices and the staff are always amazing with my pets!
