Nice service. My first visit was for waxing and threading. The owner provided the services which were good. I went again to get the nails done. I was not happy with the quality. Finish was not good and also my nail chipped off the next day only. She was in hurry too. They take the client in and then show them as they are doing a favour to them. I wasn't pleased with that but otherwise services for waxing was good.

Not coming back here anymore. She cut my 2 two nails and one hand nails. Having a hard time to wash plate for that. The indian lady is arrogant. Water was too hot as well for my foot even if i told her that was hot she top up cold water but still hot. So nope! Not gonna be back here again

I went Aroa's beauty Spa for a facial and Wax, both time the experience was super pleasant. The beautician discussed all the facial options and recommended a facial based on my skin type. My skin felt wonderful after the fact and no down time after the facial. Waxing was quick and less pain than what I have experienced with other Spas. I would highly recommend this location. went in for an acrylic french tip set for my prom, I called very last minute because the salon I had previously booked an appointment at was not working out and changing my appointment last minute. they got me in when I wanted and were very hospitable. first time ever getting my nails done, the young lady who did my nails was very quick and efficient and she was kind, my nails came out nicely, I asked for a coffin shape and they were pretty much the shape I had asked for, but when I got home I had to file them a little bit more to get the shape I had in mind, I'm sure if I had spoken up about how I wanted the shape she would have fixed them up, so absolutely not her fault, I'm just really bad at asking for stuff or speaking up. she listened to the length I wanted and all the nails were the same size as the other hand, which I loved. she was very gentle and if the tool hurt me at all she immediately apologized and made sure I was okay, only one of the nails came out a bit funny, it wasnt laying flat and was a bit raised, and I saw her notice it but ignore it, I'm not upset with it and I really liked how they turned out. they're still on and havent broken, chipped, raised/lifted, or given me any trouble at all. overall very happy, cost me $57 + $12 tip (my choice), I'm definitely going back there for my next set :)

Wonderful experience. I booked my 5 year old Granddaughter last minute for a pedicure. The ladies fit her in with my wife’s appointment treating her like a little princess.

I have been to Aurora beauty and wellness many times to get pedicures with my mother in law. We have tried so many different nail salons in Airdrie and many of them were disappointing until we found Aurora. We went there the first time and got the luxury pedicure and they took their time so we could relax, chat and enjoy each others company. The ladies that do our nails are always so friendly and careful with our nails. We were shocked at how affordable the luxury package was compared to other salons, especially for the effort and time they spend. We have continued to go there and the routine is always the same as they take their time continuing to make it a relaxing and wonderful experience. They also carry a wonderful organic skin line “Eminence” that everyone should try out. It is worth the money spent! Thank you Aurora Beauty!!! See you soon!

Best pedicure I’ve gotten, easy booking, kindest staff, lovely experience all around. Took lots of time to care for my mother and I’s experience. Have been having a hard time finding a good place for pedicures but I will most definitely be coming back. The staff is so helpful and answered all and any questions I had. Made my moms birthday pedicure and went out their way to make her pedicure special. Not to mention how clean and lovely their studio is.Can’t wait to make another appointment.

My husband and I visited this place a week ago and we would NEVER return. The older Indian/Asian (?) woman was an ignorant, argumentative fool. She made the experience a complete nightmare with her nasty attitude and nonsensical reasoning, when told of a potentially hazardous condition regarding our pedicures. We hated her arguing with us regarding a potential bacterial infection from their foot tubs, when we had requested a safe, non-porous barrier for our pedicures. Why poke a hole in the protective barrier of the tub BEFORE the treatment is even applied and completed?! Then she stupidly argued that they have to protect their hands, yet they wore protective gloves. Thankfully the much younger lady who worked on my feet, stepped in and saved the day with her exceptional, professional, thoughtful and kind service. The younger lady completely understood the assignment of what it means to provide exceptional customer service. The older woman was a living nightmare and should not be working with the public. If you visit this place ONLY ask for and allow the younger female to provide you with the services you require. She will make your visit a safe and pleasant experience. I could have hugged her on my way out. Wanted her to get ALL the tip but the older aggressive bully dominated the space and sucked all the energy out of the environment. Then she had the nerve to try and get us to re-book! After paying and profusely thanking the younger female, we just graciously exited the space, NEVER to return. It was a complete relief to get out of there!

I am elderly and experienced a lot if pain with my pedicure on Tuesday. Started with cold water and then very hot so had to take my feet out. After 2 cuts causing bleeding, I was told I had thin skin. 2 more cuts and hoping I don't have infection. Leg massage was also painful. Today one heel is cracked. I've never experienced such roughness.

Its been 2 years I’ve been going to this salon and now there is not going back . Initially I use to go for threading and wax than one day I had a event coming up and I asked her to do my facial and she suggested me to go for microdermabrasion and oh my God it was the best decision . In only 2 sittings people started to notice difference in my skin . Pooja is very talented and friendly and knows what is she doing . Many of my friends went to her after seeing the difference in my skin and they all are super satisfied . She is my go to person for everything now .. wax , pedi mani , nails and facials you name it . Her hydra facial is the best too . I just love her work and highly recommend it to everyone. Guys just go to her you won’t regret. She is the best !!
