Life Suites Loft - CN Tower / MTCC / Scotibank Arena

I stayed with LifeSuites last month and I was amazed with their service and the unit. The unit smells good, all that you need is there and the price is very worth it. Their support is also very commendable, they reply super fast to your questions and requests. I would definitely come back there next month for my another visit in Toronto. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! ❤️

This hotel is in a great location within walking distance from a convention center, CN Tower, and Ripleys Aquarium! The room itself was beautiful with several amenities and the couch comfortable. The only problem we had with the room was that the microwave didn't close, so we heated things in the oven instead. This hotel works well if you are staying for a couple of days or longer.

Stayed there last week. Wonderful place right in the heart of downtown Toronto. Amazing view from the balcony! Very clean and quiet apartment. Definitely recommend!

I noticed that the bad reviews are complaining about little details like furniture being scuffed and walls not being perfectly cleaned down but that doesn’t matter! The location and the balcony and the amount of space you get alone is worth the price. You can see the CN tower from where out room was and it was amazing. All other hotels I was looking at in the same area were about the same price for so much less. The parking was only 25 a night which is awesome and easy to understand and felt very safe. I think if you’re an older person who doesn’t rely on your smart phone it could be confusing to check in but I found it was very easy to understand what we had to do to check in and park. I would definitely stay here again, just for the balcony and the location alone.

Amazing location, reasonable price, spacious unit, AWESOME views. Was clean, staff was friendly, no problems and couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

the suite is too dirty there are stains all over the sofa, the towels are dirty too.. and the worst thing is the staff who don't help us and made no effort to sort things out

I’ve stayed in this building three times, but this is the first time I booked with life suites. It’s the best bang for your buck in this city as nothing beats the location, gym, pool, quiet, privacy and having your own kitchen. I personally like making my own good coffee in the mornings and having a coffee machine that does ground coffee or French press is amazing.My suite didn’t have any salt left in the shaker or paper towel but not a huge deal breaker.I stayed in 2505, no stains on the bedsheets or towels and of course there’s minor scuffs on the walls and couch but that doesn’t affect my stay whatsoever. Even had a small patio set on the balcony where I enjoyed a sunset glass of wine. Bed was a bit more worn in than other units but still had a comfortable sleep. Kitchen has everything you need to prep a meal and bathroom has shampoo, shower gel and conditioner.I’ll always chose to stay here when I visit!

Really enjoyed my stay here. The space was clean, comfortable and had a great view of the CN Tower. Very central location with lots to see and do. Within walking distance of so many great restaurants. Host was quick to respond if I had any questions. Would definitely come back!

My wife accidentally booked a room here on Expedia thinking it was a hotel. She didn't realize the pictures aren't of the rooms, there aren't hotel-style amenities/ services, the shady business management practices, etc. We tried to cancel 2 days after booking (1.5 weeks before our stay) when she figured out what it was, but she learned that somehow Expedia's cancelation policy doesn't apply to this place. They said they would give zero refund. I called and tried to negotiate a partial refund, but they said they wouldn't give me a dime.

Me and my sister rented 2 units from them last Saturday and we were very satisfied with our stay. We were trying to find a good place to sleep the night that is clean and comfortable but with limited budget and we found it here. The units we have were very nice and the staff are very accommodating. Check in and checkout is super easy
