This place is one of my favourite brands and seeing that they had a store in Banff made me so happy! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Some people’s reviews here commented on the price of things at the store but if you know the brand, ingredients and what they stand for it’s very reasonable compared to other lesser quality items on the skincare market. Love this company and this store.

I decided I had to go here after using their products at our hotel. The lemongrass foaming hand soap and the shampoo/conditioner are amazing! The girl working was super helpful and sweet and I appreciated her recommendations to myself and my partner. She took the time to help us find exactly what we were looking for. I also received a free lip bomb due to being a guest at the Moose Hotel! 10/10 products and service. Will definitely order online once we return home.

Came in not having any intentions of buying anything but overheard the sales associate talking about insect repellent products. Was interested in trying these products because I got stung 9 times in one day.Ended up buying the breakout buster and lemongrass body butter. Applied the breakout buster to my bites and the next day the swelling and itch subsided, been applying it ever since. Used the body butter before going on a hike and was not stung once at all. My girlfriend who didn’t use it got stung.Amazing recommendations by the sales associate, also she was very friendly.

I went into the store today with my husband and 2 young daughters. It was my first time in a Rocky Mountain Soap Company and my first time in a public store with my whole family in 2 years! The woman working was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome the second we walked in. She was helpful and fun and even put on a little show for my daughter with some bath soap by blowing bubbles with it. She helped me find everything I needed, educated me and was very sweet to my daughters. I ended up getting a few products that I love and give both my shopping experience and the products both a 10! I will be back. Thank you for the wonderful service.

I’m obsessed with these products; the scents and packaging design are impeccable! Soap has never made my skin feel so hydrated and soft! The staff is super friendly and will help you to try anything you’re curious about. You can tell the actually live and use the products themselves! My only problem is not being able to buy one of everything! I’ve tried a lot of natural deodorants and theirs is the only one that hasn’t made me breakout and itch.
