Don't get mistaken by the Denison location. Own by different owner and Products sold are a bit different.The First Markham place has everything you can think of; small Chinese funeral stuff to big Feng Shui statues, you name it they have it.The owner hand picked most of the bigger Feng Shui items from Asian to ensure the quality is good.You might be able to find the same product cheaper elsewhere but check out the quality before you buy. When it comes to Feng Shui, you need good quality products or else you might as well don't buy it.Don't mistaken Feng Shui with Superstition. If you feel you are going through some rough time and would like to see a Feng Shui Master, the owner might be able to refer you to one.Keep in mind, some masters are based on fate and other are based on $$$. Pick the one you feel more comfortable with.

Literally just got out of this store (Denison Location) and was given rude attitude from the staff. I went to the First Markham Place location where they were nice to help me look for a small abacus. After looking she could not find it and advised the other location had it for sure. She called the other location at Denison and said that the other location said they had a small wooden one. After hearing this I drove all the way to that store only to find that they didn't have it. Please note I am buying this for someone and I don't know exactly what they want. When I realized it wasn't small enough, I left and let my friend know that it wasn't exactly a small wooden abacus. I was asked to maybe take a photo of it by my friend so she could see if the different style was still good. So I asked the lady at the store really nicely if I could maybe take a quick photo of it cause I wasn't sure if this different style would still work. I asked out of respect to the store owner. To which she responded all abacuses look the same! “咪又係算盤咁嘅樣囉”. First off, I'm not a freaking abacus expert but I know that that is not true. I really am tempted to show her all the photos of abacuses that do not look the same...Anyways she gave me this look as if I was dumb. I told her it's ok if I really can't take a photo, and I can leave without it but I just had intentions to buy it but wanted to confirm with my friend the style before I bought it since it was final sale. (I hate when people buy things final sale and when they don't need it get mad at stores for not allowing returns, which is why I am super responsible and obey every store's policies. I told her my frustration in how the FMP store told me I would find a small wooden abacus here and then how it ended up being a silver one so I thought it wouldn't work...But then my friend still wanted to see if it would work which is why I went back to ask. That's when the old lady said well then, you wanted a wooden one anyways. Literally I did not know what to say. I was honestly so nice and polite and even assured her it was ok if I really cannot take a photo of it and I can leave. (In the most understanding and nice way possible) But the attitude given back to me was so uncalled for. She was talking back to me and making unnecessary comments while smirking like I was a dumb person. Honestly I wouldn't waste my time here. Hope the Feng Shui is good enough to keep this place in business because I know the customer service isn't going to do it.

We were looking for funeral products, they have many different variety. The owner is nice to explain every detail.
