Excellent service! They came to our rescue promptly, with a fair rate, and followed up the next day with the missing piece. Service technician, Peter, was friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and explained what was amiss and what he was doing to correct the issue.

We had them move our 31 foot very heavy power boat to a boat launch. It was fast and efficient for a fraction of the price we paid to have it hauled out.

The first time we used Quantum marine they were quick to help and fix our boat. Certainly was charged an arm and leg but chalked it up to weekend" service. The second time we called them no return call or follow up even after leaving multiple voice messages. IF you have the time to wait for them to find their customer service good on you

My experience was not as positive as the others.Little communication was given to me,no paper work from the mechanic,only an Invoice stating nothing.Difficult to find out any information.Good Luck to others.
