Avoid! I bought a car from them last year and took it to be serviced right away. It wasn't even safe to be driven and the cost of repairs was almost 3k. Another $1300 this year and I just traded it in for scrap it wasn't worth the parts. My mechanic said he had three other vehicles with blown engines from here, save your money!

Enjoyed dealing with Kevin and Cam. Kevin was exceptionally honest, caring, friendly professional and polite. The car we purchased had some issues that were concerning. However Kevin went well beyond what most dealers would have and rectified the problems. Very grateful for having the pleasure of dealing with them. I would buy another car from them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

So we had no problem getting started on a vehicle with them. I was told that after even, 8 months with them, making my payments in time all the time, I will be able to trade for a better vehicle if I wanted… so I tried, after 8-9 months, I tried trading in for a different vehicle. As I was told if I keep making my payments on time, that would be no problem at all! If I wanted to trade.So when I tried, I was told I needed $2000 down payment! Meanwhile I have made an every single payment on time, as it just comes directly out of my bank account…. And then after so long, of having my current vehicle, …. Now I need a down payment, when my original loan, I didn’t need a down payment whatsoever…. That doesn’t make sense to me…. How do I need a downpayment after almost 9months??? I would NOT recommend these guys at all! They are not what they play out to be! I was told I needed $2000, after waiting almost a month by the way! They kept assuring me I was approved!

Cam was great to deal with. I usually don't even look at car dealers because they just cover up all the problem and sell them, but these guys had the vehicle I was looking for, so I checked it out. They presented it as it was, and I'm a happy customer.Keep in mind, they are selling used cars, and used cars usually have some worn parts, and things can fail. They give it a basic inspection, and that's better than not nothing, but it's still a used vehicle, not an reconditioned vehicle.

BUYER BEWARE!! Protocol seems to be sell the car, then send for safety, then not want to spend money to make it safe!! To make matters worse when you start talking to any shop around you will find that Kevin McCaw is on the do not deal with list because he is dishonest, routinely lies and does not pay his bills. Do yourself a favor and before buying a car here talk to any business nearby-You won’t have to go far. People like Kevin should not be in business and you will surely regret dealing at this place.

(Edit) thanks for messaging me and letting me know I wasn’t the one who didn’t “not respond” maybe should look at your messenger more if u have a business page and you had my number could have gave me a call that I never received about my fog lights5/5 would not recommend bought a car last year and haven’t put 4,000kilometres on it and have had to spend almost 1,400$+ in repairs on stuff they claimed there mechanics went over and we’re atleast 80% or brand new.. joke of a dealership wouldn’t trust a word they say to you. Use marketplace would be a better option. Thank me later

Cameron treated me more like a friend than a customer. He understood the difficulties awaiting a single woman trying to buy a used car on her own and went above and beyond to help me to find the perfect car for my needs.

We bought a used SUV from this lot...Was a great experience...Cam was very helpful and went on and beyond to meet our schedule.....I recommend this this business for the purchase of any used car.....refreshing to get really good service.....10 outta 10
