I have been using Cost Effective for 2 1/2 years. They have been excellent to work with. Very patient in dealing with me. Great service. Great concept. Love the idea of paying for services with non tax dollars instead of after tax dollars.

I give Cost Efficient a 0 score. As former employee I attempted to make a claim for the period I was covered. It was explained to me that the employer has to pay them first before they will reimburse. When I questioned this as this was never explained to me the representative in the Calgary was extremely rude and hung up on the call. I am starting my thinking about starting my own business and was considering Cost Efficient for myself and my employees. I will no longer be considering as a provider. I have never been treated so badly.

I have used Cost Efficient Benefit Plan for years. They have always been helpful, patient and professional with all my claims. Service is prompt and the office is ready to help with whatever issues I’ve created for myself. Their website and claim remittance works well and is easy to follow. Thanks so much for all you do.

I have been using Cost Efficient for more than 5 years and have always received above average service from them. They are incredibly quick to pay out (usually only 3 days max) to the employee and are very reasonably priced, compared to others that I have shopped. Looking at the past review, as an employer, I am very happy that they would not pay out a reimbursement to an employee without my knowledge or permission so I feel even more comfortable with my choice to use them and feel like my company is in good hands. I am sorry that the employee wasn't satisfied, but it sounds like it should have been the responsibility of the past employer, and not Cost Efficient, to make that claim.

Have been using CEBP for several years and the service has been wonderful. Rates are reasonable and claims are processed in a timely manner.
