They never give you an appointment. They ask you to call but when you call no one answers the phone. Useless!

Although the guy inside helped me out, the fact you have to book in advance even in emergencies to speak to someone here totally negates any usefulness the service used to provide. Another disgraceful and shameful destruction of essential public services by the government and Barnet Council
