I recently visited the Mobile Shop at the Pioneer Park location. Seema greeted me with 100% professional and courteous service. She was able to completely repair and service my Samsung S5 to my (Newer) Samsung S20. A very professional associate that Mobile Shop can be very proud of. I went to the store. I was confused about the plan and the phone. I was not able to figure out which plan would be good for my requirements. Finally, Mr Harman came to the rescue and he explained every plan with details after listening my requirements and usage. He was very detail oriented and provided great customer service. Overall very happy with the store.

There was no one inside the store. Zehr employee said the guy went on break. Seriously? You guys should hire more employee. August 21st time is 6:40pm

I see several one star reviews but my experience was positive and it totally met expectations. I needed to activate an old phone that I had. The guy helping me got me into an affordable plan that was exactly what I needed and nothing more. It took a few minutes and he didn’t try to up sell or anything like that.
