I got In the line up at 11:09 and finally was served at 11:53. I was finally handed my tea which was suppose to have 2 milk in it actually had none and the lid wasn’t properly closed so my left hand was burnt from the boiling water that fell all over my hand. Not to mention the cashier that served us was super rude. Overall poor service

The person taking my order at the drive through was extremely rude. Then when I pulled up to the window, they forgot to add something in my order, and when I mentioned it, the same dude with the tattoo on his arm l got mad at me and told me I didn’t order it? The sweet lady tried to add it in a separate transaction, but I wasn’t having it and took the stuff I paid for and left. That man really needs some customer service training and learn how to treat people with respect.

I got in the line up at 1108pm it’s 1142pm now and I still haven’t made it to pick up window yet. Do I need to write anything else to explain. This is suppose to be the Tim Hortons that sets the standards as it’s right next to the head office.They definitely set the standard today of being the slowest drive thru line up I have ever been a part of in my life.

This is the only 24 hour dine-in coffee shop in Oakville and I always feel at home here because of the awesome respectful staff (Sarah, Dylan, Morgan, Kamal to name a few) & the great spacious layout & comfortable decor. I’m free to be myself in this safe space no matter what time of day!!!! & I meet the most beautiful people here every week. Kudos all around!!!! Thank You Timmy’s at Wyecroft, Oakville!!!!!

I loved this place when I walked in. The main reason is the hygiene factor. The staffs kept the place very neat & clean even during winter times. This place is perfect for anyone who wants to spend few hours for work or anything as they have a very large seating area. Quite a few power outlets in case you need to charge your laptop / iPad or phones. Staffs are very cordial. I would love to come back to this place in future. Hope they maintain the cleanliness of this place.

This place used to be really nice early on but for the past year or two customer service became awful and the night shift became especially rude. The food also went down on quality, I ordered an iced capp and received a water like consistency with a very peculiar flavour.

Friendly and Supportive team environment. The training provided to new employees was well-structured and especially my trainer, she was so helpful and a great trainer. I also want to thank my manager for encouraging and guiding me. I am really glad to be a part of Tim Hortons.

I have been using this Tim Hortons since 3 years. Its right across from my work place. The drive through people are amazing and very sweet. But I am writing this review for the people on the counter and cashier inside. I took my students to Tims today. I took the name of the lady this time. Ewa (behind casheir) rolled her eyes and passed comments such as “you are creating chaos and problems.” Speaking like that to 10-11 year olds is soo rude and mean. I know the students took longer to order but we had two lines, one for our school and one for the other customers. I would appreciate if Tim Hortons hired people who are kinder to younger customers as well. Are these chains made to only cater to adults?

Fast and efficient. One worker named Danish always remembers me and is super friendly. Makes the experience so much better
