Enterprise Rent-A-Car
We had the BEST experience at the Enterprise at the C'town airport! I didn't have a reservation until noon, but we were helped at 8am. How cool is that. That is the kind of personal service you can't always get at other rental places. I think they are the best on the island! We will be back.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Terrible service. Came to ask a question regarding whether the rental car we got from the enterprise downtown could be dropped off at the enterprise location at the airport. The employees responded with sarcastic remarks and provided no answer. Instead, he laughed with his buddies at this location at our expense. Would not recommend this location, rent from the downtown enterprise location.

Longtime customer, I always use Enterprise. Friendly service, good price and if the car you reserved isn't available then they upgrade you. One trip my satellite radio didn't work for most of the rental. They refunded the whole price no questions asked.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Terrible service, I tried calling for the last 2 days to just ask if I could move up my pick up time for a couple of hours. No one has called me back or picked up the phone. I called a different branch and the staff there basically agreed that they never answer the phone unfortunately. Literally non-existent customer service.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Our flight was changed and Mohammed called us to confirm details of our car rental and pick-up which was surprising and helpful We were pleased to get an excellent size rental car which was roomy and safe for our travels. Lastly, in error, we left an article in the car, called Mohammed and team just prior to boarding our flight, and by the time we arrived home, the article had been found and Mohammed called to say that it would be in overnight courier - and it was. Overall, we could not be more pleased with the excellent service.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Very disappointing experience, and have been trying to follow up for weeks. There phones vm is always full. Except when their relief person is working from another branch and says he doesn’t know how their system works. No messages are passed on. So finally made a complaint to customer service. Would suggest renting from anywhere else.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Our rental experience was normal, car was clean and was in good condition. However, after we dropped off the car at the end of the rental period there was a 24 hr delay with the location actually processing receiving the vehicle. I have subsequently received multiple notices in the mail stating that I owe Enterprise for the extra day. After contacting the manager of the Enterprise location at Charlottetown airport he assured me that he would contact their collections department to clear up the matter. Even after our first conversation on the matter, I called back after receiving a second and third notice in the mail and the manager assured me that he had addressed it and the notices would stop. These notices have not stopped and now, the fifth notice has stated that my rental privileges are suspended. When I try to call the phone number provided on the notice, I got sent to a voicemail box where I have left multiple voicemails but no one returns my call. Have as well left multiple messages at the rental location for the manager to call me but now even he does not return my calls. Quite frustrating that I am being penalized for an issue that was entirely the fault of the rental location.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
As part of planning my trip to PEI in August 2022 (first trip since COVID), I called the Enterprise location at the airport in Charlottetown to get information on car rates and availability. I spoke to Mohammed who was extremely helpful. He patiently answered all my questions and reassured me that he (and Enterprise) would be able to assist me with getting a car for my visit. With the shortage of cars this summer, I was concerned I wouldn't find one. I really appreciate the time Mohammed took to assist me and I look forward to possibly meeting him in person when I arrive. I have always had great service from Enterprise and it's because of employees like Mohammed, that helps make Enterprise a great place to rent a car.

We had a wonderful experience dealing with Mohammed at this location. He was not only professional but very empathetic to our last minute rental needs. We were travelling with small children and he worked quickly to get us into a car perfect for our long drive. We'll definitely use Enterprise in the future. Thank you Mohammed for going above and beyond.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Very slow service. We were promised a Jeep Grand Cherokee or similar and received a Nissan Rogue which could barely fit our luggage and stroller.We pre-booked and paid all fees through our Airmiles and still got charged the full amount of the rental including the fees on our credit card.Called National / Enterprise directly got voicemail 3 times over a period of 12 hours, left messages and no one called back yet to refund our credit card.Would not recommend renting from them if you want your rental to go as planned and not waist your time afterwords trying to sort everything out.
