0 star for “Mahzad”.Her customer service skills are worst. When she doesn’t able to solve by herself she pass on to her manager that when she will be here come to store. She don’t care for her job responsibilities at all. I purchased the hair straightener. After 1 day of purchase I thought of exchanging because I felt it’s too small for my hair growth. I came to store as they mention you can exchange no refund policy. Then I met Mahzad again and she said sorry product don’t look fine to us. Not in good condition, we can’t exchange. After hours of struggling she said come to store when manager Minu will be here. Again with the given time I went to store manager wasn’t available. I drove all the way from Scarborough to Richmond hill for this exchange thrice. Mahzad looks very unprofessional. When I complaint to manager regarding check her google review. There must be something wrong with her service. Managers seems she doesn’t care at all for the complaints. No idea what’s going with their trade secrets at this location.Only person you can go to will be “Julia”. 5 and above for her customer service.Other than that not a good experience at all.

Great band friendly staff.I Always go here to get my eyebrows done by Mahzad. She is always attentive and does a great job!

I went for a wash and blow dry yesterday. There is a poster on the wall that specifically states that it is $25. After a simple blow dry no product or flat iron. The whole process probably took 20 minutes, I went to pay and was charged $45 including taxes. When I asked about the price discrepancy I was told that their blow dry starts at $25. My hair is shoulder length so not too long. I paid this because I didn’t want to create any unpleasantness. Seriously bad business practices and I will certainly tell people to read reviews before going to this business

I didnt read the reviews before going and thought how bad could it be when I've already grown my eye brows and we just want cleaning" around it ! Everything we asked NOT to do

Do not do your eyebrow threading with the person name Mahzad". I have done it 2 times with her and both times she scrwed up my eyberow

DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS THREADED THere! THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING! They messed up my eyebrows the week before my weddings absolutely horrific! The girl couldn’t even see the hairs, I had to keep telling her what to do

I got eyebrows done, the lady did it with perfection. It was a wonderful experience. The staff was so polite and welcoming definitely recommend to everyone. They also have an amazing range of products to buy from.

been to other trade secrets for brow waxes but my experience yesterday was extremely disappointing. the person that helped me sat me down and didn’t ask for what shape i wanted. no problem, i realized she didn’t ask so i asked for them to please make them a straighter shape. the brows came out angled and uneven. there is usually a bit of wax near my brows which was the case yesterday but there was also wax on my hair.i note that others below have had very good experiences. maybe it was just the person who helped me.overall, extremely unimpressed and disappointed.

I came to the store to purchase nail polish. It was hard to choose because the price is cheap and there are various color nail polishes, but it was nice to be able to choose the color I wanted. Will visit again next time!!!
