Dollarama

For people seeking to get household items at an affordable rate, Dollarama is the place to go. Foodstuff, basic house equipment, winter gears, cereals, etc. can be gotten here, and the items are relatively affordable for any bracket of income earners. Also, the Dollarama store can be found at almost any mall or shopping arena.

Asked a girl staff member to help me locate a product and she refused to help and went on with what she was doing. So i left my cart full of products and left. Not great management. Won't bother to go to that store again.

The prices don't always match up which is sometimes frustrating. however this place is perfect for picking up everyday items when u are in need. They have just about anything you could need for cheap from toilet paper to party hats and dogs toys. I mean its dollarama is it goona be great quality? No! But is it open for most of the day, cheap and convenient? Yes!

Nice place to find small inexpensive items. Alot of house hold decorative items and kitchen items at reasonable low cost. Seasonal decorations for Halloween, Christmas, Easter and more. They is a small book section with lost of fun kids books. There is a cards section all types of cards to send for you loved ones. Lots of candy options.

Tons of stuff, I found was I looking for of fair quality and cheap prices! The Easter selection is out and was awesome found what I needed to make up the kids Easter gifts with ease, yes!

I have seen customer service decline day by day over the years. I have been treated rudely and I have seen older customers treated rudely or ignored. After work or time spent at doctors I want service not to have to check out myself and those self checkout machines are annoying and hard for some people to use. I should not be forced to do something I don't want to do.

Wish I could leave zero stars. only letting couple people at a time and letting people pass us in line. asked to speak to a manager but would not get one for me, disrespect attidudes from the employee's

They only allow a set amount of customers inside and yet they fail to control the lines. I waited for almost 25 minutes which was nearly half of our lunch break. They allowed customers to pass my friend and I in line, we waited patiently. When it was finally our turn the staff had a very rude attitude towards us. I have been going to this store since highschool freshman years but they seem to treat students/younger customers with consistent disrespect. I understand the malls have been understaff since the start of COVID but it it really that difficult to treat all customers with respect? I also suggest staffing the store with security so the lines feel less chaotic. I saw senior citizens being intimidated by the chaos.
