I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. The store is larger than it appears.it apparently is a family owned business and is laid out tastefully.The young lady who served me had great customer service skills. She did an excellent job of recognizing an opportunity to sell me more than the wallet I came in for.I had looked at a number of other locations for a pair of ProWorker Workboots but came out empty handed. This young lady has good listening skills and saw an opportunity and sold me the boots as well.I had a very positive shopping experience. The family should be very proud of her professionalism and enthusiasm.

Leather works plus was a surprise to say the least. I was not expecting the enormity of product from jackets and vests to every accessory you can think of. Sales person as well as knowledgeable she was not pushy as some are. I found a jacket at a price that I had been looking for for literally years. On sale. I'll be back.Note lost one star only because of poor bike parking. Careful the pot holes.

Excellent work..was met with dorothy's smile at the counter and she took me to the gentleman who does the leather work..He trimmed a Harley seat for one of are customer's at The Rock Harley Davidson..he will be getting all of are work in the future!Thank you again!

Beyond outstanding customer service, amazing quality yet really affordable- especially for shoes! Recommend that everyone goes here instead of a chain to buy any safety shoes. Not only are the prices really good but they look great as well!

Good leather products for sale in the store. A little pricey. Get what you pay for. Friendly service.In house manufacturing, repairs were expensive and delayed beyond belief for the poor craftsmanship that was delivered.Was going to leave product in the store when I picked it up ( windows bug screens ), however my holidays begin and needed to salvage material to fashion something quick by hand before I leave. No time left for recourse.Disappointing.

I've had repairs done here a couple years ago and was happy with the service. I had another job to do so I dropped it off. Not sure if there was a change in ownership but it was a drastically different experience this time around.Instead of having my shoes cleaned up as a complimentary bonus like last time, I got them in the same condition I dropped them off and with the most generic, forgettable customer service money can buy nowadays.Surely I'll be going elsewhere from now on.
