The employees working here have zero regards for hygiene. I do part-time pick up food delivery and each time they practically ask me to use my unprotected hands to fetch drink for my clients knowing my hand as a driver is not hygienic to make direct contact with a client cup. If I refuse and try to educate them, they turn aggressive and violent. I asked to speak to their manager but was declined. I encourage their employers to teach them hygiene both in preparation and delivering.

If Taco Bell is what you want go to another location! Stay away from this one. After you have endured the long wait time and the staff doing more talking among each other than working. The food you receive is cold and not at all resemble what it is supposed to be!!!! A crunch wrap supreme should have crunch and not be a soggy pile of mush .As per staff it’s equipment issues ! The owner seems not to care much ! I just wish I had read the reviews before!! hope you did!

Horrible service 3 men so slow have to wait 1 hour for the food we where there on Friday and my kids got food poisoning its been 3 days and still so sick they dont want to eat anything we had to go to emergency with the i am so sad and mad who ever owns this place has to supervice a d see waht kind of service and food they are selling to childrens

This one really has gone downhill, hate agreeing with everyone just cuz, but they need a MAJOR overhaul, no one seems to care, lineups of people & everyones just standing around, the guy at the counter had to go make the food cuz no one is working, they give you fries that have been sitting out rather than make new ones, the drink machine hasn't been changed, I mentioned it & he was like “whatever”, wouldn't be a surprise to see this one close, not enough training or urgency & food is never up to par

The only place on Uber eats that will cancel your order. They wait till the last min to cancel too. Today was the 3rd time. Do you not want my money ??? You're still open lol and I order food online on the regular. Taco Bell is the ONLY place in Burlington to cancel an order on me. And you've done it now 3 times. Last time I tried to ordwr was like 6 months ago. Cancelled. And Today too.. cancelled. It's clearly something you guys do regularly. So what gives ? Why is this location so garbage?? Seriously someone from taco bell reply to this. Your Burlington location needs saving.

Slow, inept service. There is NEVER any sense of urgency. The line could be 45 persons long, and they'll just be wandering around, chatting about stuff, and working half-speed. The guy at the counter is just staring into space, and while you're in the middle of saying your order, he stops to look around to see what his coworkers are laughing about, and misses part of the order and then slowly returns his head, and needs a moment to remember what he was doing. It's like no ones brain is turned on, at this place. It's also filthy and the meat" has a weird texture not seen at other locations."

Do NOT come here. Thank goodness you read the reviews. There was a mystery white liquid that made both my tacos soggy and pasty. The fries were dry and double fried. The burrito had hard uncooked rice in it. The counter was gross, the drink station smelled like something died, and the service was extremely slow. Staff intentionally took shortcuts with my food, knowing I could see what they were doing in front of me. I hate wasting food and I had to throw a decent amount away because it was inedible. There’s so much more to the story but I lost what I originally wrote because I wanted to add a photo of the soggy taco. I hope that the owner of this Taco Bell/ the district manager comes in for an unexpected visit. (Assuming that they care). Save yourself this experience, I can only think what’s inside of me right now, even though I don’t want to.
