We had a very positive experience with Reliant Climate. We had no prior knowledge of fireplaces, but Rob and his team made the entire process very simple and straightforward. All the technicians were extremely friendly, informative and helpful. Once the fireplace was installed, we realized that we didn't like the thickness of the backer plate so Rob suggested removing it and using a thinner trim, which was the perfect solution. We couldn't be happier with our new fireplace and their customer service exceeded our expectations! Thank you so much!

We had Craig come into our home to complete maintenance on our gas fireplace. I would highly recommend Reliant Climate Control in Brantford. Craig was very knowledgeable and he explained in detail the workings of our fireplace. He informed us what we could complete on our own to keep our fireplace working properly. He was professional and very easy to speak to. The office staff we found very friendly as well. Thank you for a great job!

Rob and his team came in early June to instal our new heat pump. They arrived early and were extremely courteous and professional. They knew what they were doing and got the job done while being very respectful of our home. They took the time to explain what they were doing and how to operate our new thermostat. I would certainly recommend them to anyone. It's lovely to have cool air blasting through our home. Rob explained to us about a government grant and assisted us with the proper steps to have it in place before his team began. Great job!!

Excellent service from Ryan and Craig! Not only did they repair my gas line to my BBQ, but they took the time to explain fully what the issue was, and where the leak was located. They also took the extra step to clean out all the dead leaves under my deck! I had used this company in the past to repair my furnace, and am so glad I called them again. Superb service. Thank you!

The Reliant Climate team was great to deal with from start to finish! Pricing was very competitive and they even helped me find government/Enbridge grants for the upgrades completed at my house.
