Greasy snake, only serving his own self interests. If you live close to his investment property you can be sure council will work for you. But, anywhere else in his ward, good luck getting anything done to help you and your neighbors.

Blocked the voicing of legitimate concerns by thousands of Calgarians from being heard in Council during the tyrannical and unlawful restrictions on our basic Charter rights over the last 3 years. Absolute scumbag.

Pride before the fall. Carra was always so quick to judge the ethics of others while being involved in unethical behaviour himself. This is classic behavior of a narcissistic personality. Justin Trudesu shares the same traits. Not someone I want for my councillor that's for sure.

worst councillor imaginable. My wife was assaulted by a homeless person and no matter how much I try (phone, email etc..) I cannot get Gian-Carlo, who is my Ward Councillor, to reply, respond or address my concerns over safety in our neighbourhood.0/10 will not vote for again and I encourage others to make another choice.
