Great little sports bar in the heart of Westborough/Hintenburg. Menu offers traditional pub fare with reasonable prices. Today is Hump Day" where from 11:30 to 7:30 pm beer and wine go for a discounted price. Good atmosphere and the staff was very pleasant and accommodating."

The pizza here is some of the best in Ottawa. I've seen some complaints about fries and burgers but that's on you for not getting pizza at a pizza place. They have a large variety of pizza's that are reasonably priced. The quality of the Pizza is amazing and there aren't too many wood stove pizza places in Ottawa. Would definitely recommend this place.

Good local bar, a few beers on tap and different food and beverage options. Lots of tvs for sports viewing, and rhe front door is accessible (maybe not too wide but no stairs to enter).Staff were very nice and the crowd was nice. Yes not too loud!

It's a well-run, clean place, almost entirely free of any half-wit element.Good wings (ask first blue cheese/ranch, though), veteran, no-nonsense calibre staff, draft selection also solid.Curiously, an alley way tavern look initially yet you could without a doubt have an intimate dinner at the many tables of two, and there's no shortage of vino in that joint.Also, there's a few sports dudes on staff there who REALLY know their sports, and can not only banter quite intelligently but adjust their knowledge to your level so you can go home feeling smart instead of dumb.Other: No absence of TVs (i.e. they'll put it on if they have it -- and probably do); don't ask for a straw for your beer (ever); be kind to the Jets & Browns fans who drink there; don't complain about the wrestling when there's nothing else to put on TV; best football pool in the city if not the area code; the regulars are friendly to a man; and, if you have a group who want to watch a sports event, I haven't a doubt a quick face-to-face w Mgr. would set up an ideal situation at back of place.First rate pub; nothing comes close in area, in my view.Cheers,Dan

Got a tip to come and check out the Friday Fish and chips special. Was not disappointed at all. Nice big flaky piece of fish, fries, coleslaw and tartar sauce. Service was fast and friendly. Also, seems like the kind of place where the bar regulars all know each other. Hoping to come back again, either for the fish or to try the Pizza.
