Good atmosphere and cooperative physicians make it a wonderful place for medical care.

Florence Kwok is the store manager and pharmacist. I asked if she could give me one or two pills while waiting on a prescription (I'd find out later my Dr. was in and was able to update my prescription at that moment, which she could've suggested)which they have done in the past. She was immediately angry that I even asked, huffed and spoke over me multiple times. The prescription was for Nexium....lol. When I expressed concern that this has happened in the past and that id like her to make that clear to her staff that they shouldn't have provided me with an incorrect prescription, she got even more angry and asked me if I even wanted her to fax my dr or not. I said of course I do. she immediately stopped speaking to me at this point despite my concern and literally ignored me as if giving me the silent treatment. She then said she made several mistakes because I wouldn't stop speaking to her.Pretty crazy! She continued to ignore me until I left. Very embarrassing and childish experience.

Florence Kwok the pharnscist makes mistakes and becomes annoyed when you point it out! Ridiculous behaviour

For a small pharmacy they're prices are extremely fair, the Drs there are great , pharmacist is awesome. I also love having the postal outlet in walking distance for packages

This is the worst pharmacy i have ever gone to. Please dont go here.
