Because of their overall review rating, I chose Kamloops Electrician Pros after finding them on Google, and I wasn't disappointed. He gave us a quote over the phone and arrived to complete some electrical work for us within an hour. In the past, when dealing with contractors, I have been disappointed in their inability to provide a quote without coming on site, at which time they seem to price gouge because they are already there. He was doing such a good job that when we asked how much it would cost to have some additional electrical work done, he gave us a very fair quote. He was very competent and pleasant to work with.!

I'll definitely reach out to Kamloops Electrician Pros in the future for any electrical services. Communication around timeline, process, and price was prompt and clear. The work was completed quickly and on time. They cleaned up about 95% of the debris caused by the job. After the job was completed I flagged a concern on the final invoice and they reviewed it with me and credited the difference between what had been quoted in the initial estimate and what seemed to be a mistakenly higher number on the final invoice, which I really appreciated.

I called rather late on a Thursday evening and spoke to the lovely guy who was very kind professional and willing to help. The electrician came first thing in the morning. He was very professional and explained everything in detail and gave great service! He got us up and running right away. We are thoroughly happy with using this company and I would recommend them to anyone.

Amazing! I've not experienced outstanding service like this from a contractor! We had a problem with an old wall sconce fixture and called Kamloops Electrician Pros to come and look at it. He came and worked and worked on it, trying to problem-solve so we could hold on to the fixture rather than having to replace it. And boy did he do a great job! Blown away and very happy with the now-functional light fixture. Highly recommend these guys! Great go-the-extra-mile service and excellent communication. Thanks
