VIVA Home Comfort

We have been a customer of Viva Home Comfort since December 2017. There were a few issues regarding the Water Heater and customer service within the first few months, however, since dealing with Vlad (Field Service Manager), the outcome has been nothing but positive! He has been very attentive to our needs and has come of his way to ensure everything is working properly and to our satisfaction. We appreciate his quick follow ups and has now made our experience with Viva Home Comfort a positive one! Thanks Vlad for a job well done!!

Please be aware of Viva home comfort. They just need the money but does not care about the service. I had plumbing issue, which was not resolved for five days even after several follow ups. They don’t have effective communication system. They just keep you loop between service team and dispatch team, every one tells differently. They disconnected the water connection to my washroom due to faucet issue and then did not fix it for four days and not fixed till now. Initially they asked me to bring the faulty part, bought it and then it was not exact match. Then requested them to bring the part, they agreed to it. The plumber who came does not know about it and he left the place, remember I still don’t have water connection to my washroom. Called back service team and then dispatch team, they said their manager will call me back, but there is no call. Again, called them, dispatch guy is saying he don’t have any plumber until next four days and was rude. Lastly he made me to cancel the service and for that I need to talk to billing department, which is not working on Sunday. So finally left with the problem with a very worst service.

Really good deal!! Got my old water tank upgraded. The tech was friendly and professional. The sales team was great and patient. And I got a nest for free!. I would recommend this company.

Viva! It is a great experience, I called Viva home comfort because I was having an issue with my furnace. They came the next day and told me that my old furnace was not safe and needed replaced. They came the same day and showed me the options I had for purchase. The installation was scheduled for the next day. Thanks you Viva team for the good service and help. :)

My experience with Viva was really nice. I've been looking to buy Nest thermostat, but sales rep came to my house and I found out that I can get one for free if I would change my tank. He was really respectful and knowledgeable. I enjoy my Nest and new water tank.

Just replaced my new water tank. Had a leak but the technician came back within 1hr to check on it. Now everything great. Elena the representative was great to talk to. Very friendly and patient. Helped me save some extra cash.

Manager Vlad was great! He helped me to switch from my old expensive protection plan to smart home by Viva Home Comfort with great price. I love my new plan and nest. Thank you Viva team.

I had Vlad come by my house and explain everything to me in detail, and to my surprise everything he had promised was spot on. The installer were polite and very respectful and did a great job also worked well with us. We have had our new HWT and its been a very easy going experience. Thank you.
