Great service and expectations were met. I really like booking an appointment on their web site, receiving a SMS reminder the day before and a SMS to confirm completion of work. I swapped out a Nexus 6P battery and it's been working as expected.

dropped my Samsung note 9 once and i got all these scratches! the staff is very fast, polite and understanding <3 they fixed everything and added a screen protector/film on my new screen! I reccomend this place ( I went with covid19) and service was still fast!!

I'm still awaiting Mr. Anthony's solution to my problem since June 23rd. (Laval location)After changing my screen the first time, it was still defective and made me wait a whole week to change it , stating that samsung's screens had a defect and that he received a bad batch. The new screen lasted a few days only, I went back to see him and showing him that the screen he placed wasn't new, and still he was putting the blame on samsung and was refusing to fix it.You shouldn't trust this place nor its owner. SHAME ON U !!!!

I took my phone to them because my phone display was off and even though they told me that my phone would be ready in two (2) hours, l was pleasantly surprised half an hour after l left my phone with them, l receive a text advising me that my phone was ready for pick up.Their service was very efficient and l was issued non-paper receipt through my email, which l love very much!They are very knowledgeable and up-to-date with their work!I am very impressed and l highly recommend this business to anyone with cellphone issues.

I got my Pixel 5 screen replaced at uBreakiFix. Everything was super streamlined. Anthony provided courteous and super quick service. The work was done in less than 2 hours while I was enjoying a cup of coffee nearby. My phone is as good as new! I hope I don't have to use their services again, but I'm definitely coming back in case I ever have to. Thank you Anthony and the uBreakiFix team!

Brought my iPhone here a couple of days ago to try and revive it from water damage and was impressed by the service that was provided to me. Tony was really helpful, understanding and courteous. He explained to me what my options were to repair my phone and did not try to scam me and steal my money like other repair shops. I will definitely be coming back here and recommend others to do so as well.

Screen keeps breaking after getting it repaired. I have spent hundreds of dollars to get my phone fixed at this place and it broke for the 6th time. Got told by apple that the screen wasnt good quality and that this causes my phone to keep breaking. Don’t get your phone fixed there just get it fixed at apple.
