In 2019 took my car there twice for repair and I was explained that repair has life time warranty. Today I visit to office and they are denying to cover it. Simply because now they can not claim this repair form ICBC. They pulled front bumper out and put back in. Now it is out and they are saying as it was done 2019 and if someone thing should have gone wrong it would have been few months. Very disappointed ☹️.

HUGE shout out to the Poco Craftsman team!!! Martin and Dimitri and Cyndi were amazing…… I have NEVER dealt with a more professional and friendly team than I did at Craftsman in Poco. They accepted my car at the drop of a hat AND had my car done way quicker than expected, I had constant updates throughout the whole process and was treated like a family member right from start to finish. My car looks better than it did then when it was towed into their lot!! If your ever going through ICBC or just need a fix on your car I HIGHLY recommend craftsman collision in PoCo! You will not be disappointed!! I PROMISE!!Thank you so much guys!!!!

Thanks Dmitri, you're honesty and hard-work speaks volumes. Car returned early, everything clearly explained (to my wife). However, for a bumper and taillight replacement, having to go back twice to get, 1st the brake light fixed, and then the reverse light fixed..... these are things you should be checking before you release a vehicle. Especially, when a customer comes in after having their ICBC claim with you for part of the repair not working correctly, everything else should be checked.... waste my time, twice?

I can not express my gratitude to Martin and his team. They went above and beyond to help me out. My motorcycle battery died and I went to the shop as it was the closest to where I was. They were just about to close but everyone was patient and tried to come up with a solution to start my bike. Martin took the time to come with me to where my bike was and stayed used his portable battery pack to try to jump start my bike. After several attempts, it finally worked.If he would do all that for a non paying customer, I can only imagine the outstanding service and care he would provide to his customers. Thank you Martin and team!

They went above and beyond for me, and I can’t thank them enough. My car was badly damaged and Dmitri was able to get my car into the shop weeks earlier then originally was quote. Thank goodness or it would have been weeks longer and prob there over Christmas before my repairs. When I picked up my car they had it all washed and vacuumed the interior. This is my 2nd experience with them, and I am definitely very happy and will go back again (but I hope I don’t need to lol ) Thanks to you and your team.

My car was hit by others vehicle, this company check my car and help me order the amber and head light, after made an appointment for repair my vehicle, totally just waiting for four days I can pick up my car, they also clean up my vehicle.During the process they keep me update the status. There are not enough stars for how great my experience was. My truck came out looking brand new (after being attacked by a rogue dumpster). They were quick and their customer service is top tier. I didnt get a courtesy car but was offered one. And they went above and beyond... I have a lab who sheds like crazy. They vacuumed out ALL the dog hair... ALL THE DOG HAIR!!! People with shedders will understand how life changing this is.

Management and employees top notch!! Dmitri kept me up to date on repairs and any issues that came up. When I picked up my truck, I searched hard to find any deficiencies in their work but couldn't find any. They matched the paint perfectly. I recommend Craftsman collision 100% my truck IA a 2022 Ram Laramie and it was hit head on. Not the persons fault either. He had a medical issue and tried his best to avoid us.Keep up the excellent work.Dale..

I thought the service was fantastic. My vehicle has never looked better since it was new. I highly recommend this location above all other repair shops, no questions asked. Wish I could show you the before and after pictures but don’t have any on hand.
