Quality Inn Airport West

I was staying at the Quality Inn and my stay was really good. I had the opportunity to talk to Nakul who was the night auditor at that time. He gave me really good advice regarding the places nearby and also how to travel around.

Nakul, was great at the front desk. Amazing service I appreciate what he was able to get done for my stay. Highly will be coming back. The lady at the breakfast area was not willing to work with us at all, gave my fiancé & I are very hard time, they wouldn’t let us take our food to our rooms, COMPLETELY UNBELIEVABLE! Proceeded to watch me as I ate & was making it a very uncomfortable stay.

The room we had was new and clean. Beds, pillows, linens were fresh clean and comfortable. I loved the laminate flooring, made the entire place seem modern and allergen-free. One of the days we did get a phone-call at 9 am from the reception which was weird. It wasn’t cool to disturb us that early in the morning. Room key had to be inserted quite a few times for it to work and sometimes it just wouldn’t, so we had to go all the way down the hall and downstairs to get the key to work. That was definitely the most annoying part. The location is great and the hotel is priced on the higher end for a quality inn.

Stayed one night here its a nice clean quiet hotel. The staff is also very nice and helpful. Hotel also has some good perks such as free parking, free continental breakfast, same day dry cleaning etc. Overall my experience was good and didn’t have any complaints with this hotel.
